Surf: 3.3 ft at 16.0 s from the SW at 231\u00c2\u00b0.<\/p>\n

This morning was a little tricky. I checked a few of the spots I thought might catch this swell. Some of them were looking really interesting. Unfortunately I’m really sore and I didn’t feel up for it. Sigh. The surf was okay at the usual spot, but I find I’m torn between taking on more challenging waves that look so lovely, and sticking to easier waves while heal. <\/p>\n

My plan is to keep trying to pull more complicated moves on the less complicated waves and just keep moving, slow and steady. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
